Return Policy
a. Generally, we do not accept any requests for product exchange or order cancellation. When receiving the goods (including delivery or self-collection), you must immediately check whether the ordered goods are damaged and complete. If the ordered products are found to be damaged, please contact us to arrange for replacement.
b. Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:
The products have been opened and used, or damaged due to human factors, such as: soiled, faulty, damaged, worn, abraded, scratched, or dirty.
The packaging of the returned product is damaged or incomplete, or the invoice and accessories are not complete.
c. Product prices are subject to fluctuations. The selling price is based on the time of order placement. If there is a price adjustment or promotion afterwards, the price difference cannot be refunded.
Return process
Contact customer service → Confirm that the product can be returned → Prepare complete products and invoices → Provide the collection time, contact information and address → The logistics entrusted by the store will be collected.
Refund instructions
After confirming that the return is successful, the amount will be directly refunded to the original payment account.
Exchange instructions
a. The exchanged product must be unused and free of damage or failure caused by non-human defects; please keep the complete original packaging (including the outer packaging box), otherwise the exchange will not be accepted.
b. Before the product is delivered, we may change the product model or brand for customers at our discretion; within 14 working days after the product is delivered (and the package has not been opened), we may replace the product with another model or brand at our discretion if the customer pays 10% of the original product price as a handling fee and pays the difference between the original product and the replacement product (if any).
Exchange process
When you and this store agree to exchange the product, please return the original order and place a new order at the store; the company will only send you an invoice for the difference and collect or refund such fees; if there is no difference, no additional processing will be required.
Note: When customers purchase our products online, they are deemed to have accepted the above terms. The final right of interpretation of these terms belongs to Kingsound Audio.
