Focal launches Hadanys Over-ear Headphones: Focal's exclusive diaphragm technology, open design to pursue a wide sound field

This year at the Munich Audio Show, French giant Focal brought two new headphones to everyone. Both Hadanys and Azurys are over-ear designs. Hadanys is an open-back design, and Azurys is a closed-back design. Both hope to allow more music lovers to have products that reproduce high-fidelity music at the most affordable price. These two passive headphones are combined with Focal's patented monomers and technology. They are only 294g and are very comfortable to wear and use. They are very suitable for listening at home or going out.

Hadenys is an open passive design, mainly designed for home listening. It can produce an excellent sense of envelopment, capture every detail and rich rhythm of the music. Its name is inspired by Hadean, the first of the four eons in the geological history of Hadean Earth, and the oldest Precambrian geological period. The brown color used reminds people of returning to the origin, which is organic and timeless. The honeycomb grille, genuine leather and breathable headband and bracket are its characteristics.

Hadenys also uses the 15/8″ (40mm) aluminum/magnesium alloy "M" dome monomer designed and produced by Focal in its own factory. It is the same monomer used in Bathys headphones. Its outstanding performance has long been recognized. Now Hadenys has the same excellent pedigree as Bathys. The headphones are equipped with exclusive backpacks, protective carrying boxes and headphone cables when they leave the factory.
